Most transactions close in under 30 days after we receive the signed agreement.

The steps that are underlined are items you contribute to the process. Everything else is taken care of by us.

  1. Sign and return the agreement by mail or email.

  2. Once the agreement is received, we order a title search and perform a final review of the property.

  3. If the property meets our review criteria, we contact a local title company to prepare the closing documents.

  4. We will provide proof of funds to you the seller. This step is completed within ten (10) days of receiving the signed agreement.

  5. The title company via email sends you closing documents to complete you’ll need to sign the deed transfer document. This document requires the witness of a notary. The title company can coordinate a mobile notary to meet you at a time and place of your choosing. Once the closing documents are complete the title company will send you a shipping label. Both of these services are paid by us.

  6. Pack up the documents, adhere the shipping label and mail them back to the title companies office.

  7. The hard copies of the closing documents will be reviewed, and a closing date is scheduled. Closings do not need to be completed in person, and once the transaction closes you will receive payment by check or wire transfer that same day from the title company.

  8. And that’s it. Ownership will be transferred to us the day of closing.
